Mr. Assiel AHORUSHAKIYE

Mr. Assiel AHORUSHAKIYE, Anesthetist by Training and works at the Ministry of Health, Division of Emergency Medical Services (EMS/SAMU) for two years and nine months (Pre-Hospital care and Pre-Hospital Instructor)

He is married and a father of three.

He did a Bachelor’s Degree in Anesthesia at the University of Rwanda, College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS).

He has been working at The University Teaching Hospital of Butare (CHUB) for 9 years

He has been an active member of Pain Committee and conducted clinical audits at CHUB

He participated in Quality improvement process at CHUB

He collaborated, together with the Pain team at CHUB, with Canadian and US Pain and Anesthesia Experts.

He participated in different trainings at CHUB including EPM (Essential Pain Management) international certified course.
