Is a founding member of CASR and president of the board of directors. He is very active with CASR as the director of the Joy of God Bible Institute’s intensive discipleship program to the university students. He is also the leader of CASR’s Compassion ministries to the poor in the area. He assists widow’s cooperatives in micro-enterprises and training for the poor youth. He is also very active in local children’s ministries. David was ordained an as Anglican pastor in 1981. He has worked on staff as the pastor to the English speaking congregation at the local Anglican Church in Huye. He now holds the position as Chaplain at the University of Rwanda Hospital and the District Hospital of Kabutare. He holds a BA degree in Theology and Pastoral Studies from Oak Hill College in London England and a Master’s degree in Theology from Yaounde University in the Cameroon.
